Some parts impressed, others didn’t

The breakfast was probably the best continental breakfast I’ve ever had at any hotel. The staff was friendly and the room was extremely clean and comfortable.

Power to the rooms went out at midnight. it affected my ability to use essential equipment.

Quality pillows made my rest better.

The staff managed to make an impact with their friendliness, although the check-in process needed some work. Our room turned out to be very clean and had all the essentials required for a long stay, even included a dishwasher, which I appreciated. The breakfast buffet surprised me with its variety. it truly stood out among other hotels I've visited. However, check-in at 3 PM wasn’t smooth. Our room wasn't ready until late, even after we arrived at 4 PM. I found it frustrating that, despite having to wait, there was no communication regarding the delay. Once we got to our room, there was an issue with the remote control, and attempts to contact the front desk didn’t go well since no one was around. The manager’s response to my concerns felt dismissive, which added to my disappointment. Small issues like this could easily be improved with better communication and responsiveness from the staff.

Spacious two queen bed suite with quality pillows really enhanced my comfort. The hotel's modern design and cleanliness stood out, but the bathroom door could be improved as it occasionally obstructed movement. Breakfast surpassed expectations, providing a pleasant start to the day, despite some minor inconveniences during check-in.
